Marketing & Customer Growth Specialist

The Role

  • Knack for marketing so as to suggest best practices to Xgrid’s clients

  • Relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Achieve client success by ensuring timely delivery of tasks & maintaining existing customer success metrics and data as directed. 

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

  • This position reports directly to COO

 Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams (design, web development, SEO/SEM, content writers, marketing ops and automation) for following-up on assigned tasks

  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them

  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members

  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals

  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies

Required Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, client servicing (preferably international clients), project management, marketing and customer success

  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

  • Active team player, self-starter, a multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities and takes ownership of assigned tasks/projects

  • A good understanding of digital marketing services that includes UI/UX, Web development, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and copywriting.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science/software engineering

  • Master’s is preferred but not mandatory

  • Comfortable working with project management & marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Jira, Basecamp and Asana

  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies

  • Willing to work flexi hours (70% day-time, 30% evening/night time)
