Xgrid is looking for a self-driven HR Intern to join our growing team! In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications according to job descriptions and qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screenings (if applicable).
- Assist with new hire paperwork and data entry into the HRIS.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, such as scheduling training sessions and preparing welcome materials.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Stay informed of relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for HR and a desire to learn more about the field.
- Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
Internship Duration: 3 months
Monthly Stipend: PKR 35,000
