As a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing and inbound lead generation, you will be responsible for owning and scaling our marketing efforts to attract high-quality leads and accelerate business growth. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, oversee campaign performance, and manage cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop, lead, and continuously refine a holistic digital marketing strategy with a focus on inbound lead generation and customer acquisition.
Team & Client Management: Manage internal marketing resources and external partners (content writers, SEO consultants, agencies) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Content Leadership: Oversee the content marketing strategy, ensuring the creation of high-impact assets such as blogs, whitepapers, videos, and case studies that support every stage of the buyer journey.
SEO & SEM Oversight: Define SEO/SEM strategy and supervise execution to improve search rankings, traffic, and lead quality.
Performance Marketing: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, social, and retargeting platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Marketing Automation: Oversee marketing automation initiatives (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads, improve personalization, and support scalable campaign execution.
Analytics & Reporting: Own marketing KPIs and dashboards. Analyze data from campaigns to generate insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure lead quality, lead handoff efficiency, and closed-loop reporting.
Email & CRM Marketing: Lead strategy and execution of email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and CRM initiatives for conversion and retention.
Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and a competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a management or strategic leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful inbound and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, email platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), and paid media channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience building and interpreting dashboards and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
