Responsibilities:
Facilitate and provide technical management for daily standup meetings to ensure the team is on track with their goals and objectives for the sprint.
Assists with sprint planning, retrospectives, task estimation and release planning to make certain all team members are actively working toward established milestones.
Monitor progress of project tasks and provide guidance and support to team members.
Implement agile best practices and ensure the teams follow scrum methodology.
Track project deliverables utilizing software collaboration tools such as Jira.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning new technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems along with working with multiple stakeholders, portfolio and scrum teams including external vendors
Excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
Desire and enthusiasm to learn and lead IT portfolio management projects and scrum ceremonies including agile processes using Jira and Confluence management
Experience or willing to learn Agile and Scrum Methodologies
